Character vs. self. ( the bottom is not a good example but should help you get a start on what you need) :)
example: When He has to make up his mind of doing one thing or the other life if there is two paths the character has to make up their mind and the characters mind gives him good outcomes of taking one path and bad outcomes so hes having a conflict with him self in his mind.

What @joannaxox3 said is correct... Basically it is when one person is having an argument or conflict with himself(or herself).

thanks if you need anymore help just ask :) its a pretty simple thing just look for parts that the character is having conflicts with their mind or self :)
