Is \[f'(x)=\frac{ 3 }{ 2 }x ^{\frac{ 1}{ 2 }}+\frac{ 1 }{ 2 }x ^{\frac{ -1 }{ 2 }}+2\] The same as: \[f'(x)=\frac{ 3\sqrt{x} }{ 2 }+\frac{ 1 }{ 2\sqrt{x} }+2\] ?
