OpenStudy (snuggielad):

oh...wait...False alarm...

hartnn (hartnn):

yeah, theres only one.

hartnn (hartnn):

which is..... ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cos x°

OpenStudy (snuggielad):

NO NO NO...IT WAS A TRICK... It doesnt tell you which one your solving for...it could be x or y...

hartnn (hartnn):

r/q only equals one option

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that is not a trick cos x° = ady/hyp = r/q

hartnn (hartnn):

^

OpenStudy (snuggielad):

if you are solving for angle x the adjacent is line r...if your solving for y the adjacent is line p...so if your solving for y the answer is sin of y if your solving for x it is cos of x

OpenStudy (snuggielad):

ohh...i just answered my own question....

OpenStudy (snuggielad):

thanks guys

hartnn (hartnn):

yes, sin y isn't there

OpenStudy (snuggielad):
