A merchant wishes to mix two grades of coffee, one of which sells for $4.00 per pound and one of which sells for $6.00 per pound. He wants to sell the mixture for $5.50 per pound. If he has 25 pounds of the $4.00 coffee, how much of the $6.00 coffee must he add so that the value of the final mixture is equal to the total value of the other two?
