I have to write a letter of recommendation for Ender as Valentine and I'm at a part where I have to Identify a quality of Ender where he can grow and improve. I'm kind of stuck, as I have only read the first three chapters and I have yet to notice anything that fits this.... (This is supposed to be based on the first 3 chapters too btw)

"Because this is a recommendation letter, we want to be positive about this area, but we also need to be realistic about the character’s strengths and weaknesses. What does she or he need to learn? What personal qualities need to be transformed for the character to be a hero? Once again, be sure to show how this opportunity for growth or improvement is present in the character by providing at least one example. Explain how this area could be improved in the upcoming journey."
