http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_medical_colleges_in_India go here and visit each of collage website because each of the college has its own policy of admission and own admission test so you gotta visit each of them and find policy , criteria of admission with syllabus of admission test, hope it work for you!

If you're asking about going to a US medical school--It depends on the school's acceptance policies, so check their websites. And you will probably need to take TOEFL, and score within acceptable ranges.
