OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think you misunderstand about the reference angle.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry, n(360) not 2 (360)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i am trying teach my self how to do the math and its not working

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the math dont make senses

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry to say straightforwardly, It is waste when you want to study math by yourself because it take long long long time to get the amount of knowledge which other can get in shortest time. what make you said so? what doesn't make sense?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1 (360)= 360 360+157=517 but it shuld b a postive answer not negative right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

as I state above, positive is counter clock wise. negative indicate to the clock wise angle. It doesn't relate to the way you count the reference angle

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay i see how u got 157 now. thank u

OpenStudy (anonymous):

good, np

OpenStudy (anonymous):

After you get 157, you have to do 180-157 to get the reference angle of 23 because a reference angle has to be less than 90 degrees.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nope. I don't think so.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because in general the period of an angle is 2pi, or 360 , think of the case, your terminal point is in quadrant 2 how can it < 90?
