Center is at (1,-5) and the radius is 2

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

(-1, 5)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah it is (-1,5) thought I put it that way

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you guys try this one? Please tell me how you did it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(3, 0) is the center and the radius is sqrt of 10 so you look at the equation and it says (x-3)^2 + y^2=10 For the x-value you want to make it =0 so x+3=0, x=-1 and the y-value is a 0 And the radius is the square root of the number after the equal sign

OpenStudy (anonymous):

By the way I meant x=-3 not -1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And I meant c-3 not x+3 lol sorry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x not c....today I just can't type

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha yeah. And thanks!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No problem!
