yes, you can implement symbols and equations in questions also.
like if you write `$$ \alpha, \beta, \gamma$$` in your 'Ask a question ...' box, it will show up as $$ \alpha, \beta, \gamma$$

however if you don't know commands for latex you can go to any already asked question use equation editor to get math symbols written in latex then just copy paste and ask as a question
