To accommodate as many patrons as possible, bleachers are being imported so that all the fans will be seated during the performance. The seats will be placed in an area such that -pi/3 < theta < pi/3 and 0 < r < 4, where r is measured in hundreds of feet. The stage will be placed at the origin (pole) and the performers will face the audience in the direction of the polar axis.

b) If all the seats are occupied and each seat takes up 5 square feet of space, how many people will be seated in the bleachers?
