QUICK QUESTION - DILATIONS HELP! The diagram below shows two similar flower beds between intersecting walkways. The third side of each flower bed has a brick border. The perimeter of the big flower bed is 63 feet. What is the length of the brick border in the small flower bed? 3 feet 2 feet 6 feet 9 feet

Perimeter of large triangle P = L + L + L = 63 but you know two sides so P = 18 + 18 + L = 63 and so your last side is 27

dilations deal with how big one side is to the other so your dilation factor here is 3
