Describe the structures of proteins and nucleic acids, and then explain the relationship between these two molecules within a cell.

I understand most of it but I'm really confused with the "Relationship between these two molecules within a cell" part. I'm usually very good with Science so I don't know if I am just thinking to hard or what. Here is my answer so far.... ~Protein structures are large and are made up of smaller molecules called amino acids. Proteins are made up of 50 or more amino molecules bonded together. Nucleic acid structures is a chain of nucleotides bonded together. Each nucleotide is made up of a nitrogenous base, a sugar, and a phosphate group. ~
