Law of Sines!\[\frac{ a }{ \sin(A) }=\frac{ b }{ \sin(B) }=\frac{ c }{ \sin(C) }\] In this specific case, try using the 1 side and the 2 angles you know to solve for the unknown angle: \[\frac{ 12 }{ \sin(40) }=\frac{ e }{ \sin(55) }\] Go ahead and finish it off ! I think Luis earned best answer though! :P

I'm actually getting 15.29. I would re-check your input. You'd get a negative value here if you were in radian-mode, so I know you're good in degree-mode. I think you just mistyped something.
