it is called "closed" circulatory system
bugs, like wingspanroach, ants, etc have "open" circulatory system.
in open circulation, the blood is presevent everywhere.. no free space.. since the body size is so small in closed, the body size can now grow very large because blood is transported exctly to where it is required
and hence, closed system is so efficient
