Check my answer? How much heat is required to melt 37.4g of ice at 0 degrees Celsius?

OpenStudy (candyme):

334J/1g = xJ/37.4g x=12491J of heat. Is this correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i used your numbers and i got the same value. your answer should have 3 sig figs instead of 5, so i would write 12500 or 1.25 10^4 Joules instead
