solve the system by graphing?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

which graph?

OpenStudy (kainui):

In both equations get them in the form y=mx+b since it makes it easier to graph. Then just pick an easy point like x=0 and see what y that takes you to and make a dot there. Then do it with x=1 or something and make sure they all fit on the same line. Then where the lines are the same, that's where your answer is.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you mean a point where the lines intersect?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y=mx+b is for lines

OpenStudy (anonymous):

alright, thank you
