those are Defence systems not arming and disarming there is a differance you dont have to destroy a missile to disarm it cause thats what defence is......

An ICBM is used to attack other countries with a nuclear warhead. They were never disarmed! We would not be dead, because unknown to the public they are not used to shoot missiles out of the air, they are used for offensive retaliation, and total destruction or large areas of land.
