adding vectors is adding like parts .... which reduces that to simple addition

ax + bx + cx = 0, you know ax and bx, same idea for the y parts

and since you know c, and its good to keep in mind that anything divided by itself is equal to "1"; c/|c| is a unit vector in the direction of c, so multiply that by 2
