The idea is you do a hypothesis so that you can compare it with experiment results. I suggest you do it yourself because if you give out the right answer (which is quite nonintuitive) the teacher will know you googled it. Nevertheless if you want to get ahead of yourself just for the sake of knowing, I suggest you investigate the doppler effect.
