how to increase the speed of turtle animation in python 3.x when using turtle.goto(x,y) ??? turtle.speed() DOES NOT WORK FOR ANIMATIONS SUCH AS .GOTO()!!!

Also turtle.tracer is not functional in python 3.x. its not an attribute of turtle anymore
