The problem to insert into Binomial Theorem:
$$(3x ^{2}-y ^{3})^{10}$$
The answer i got for the fourth term:
$$-12597120x ^{12}y ^{12}$$

Fourth term 

(10 C 7)*(3x^2)^(7)*(-y^3)^(10-7) 

-210*262440*x^(14)*y^9 

-262440x^(14)*y^9 

So the fourth term is really -262440x^(14)*y^9
