How do you find the surface area of a cylinder? HELP?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Tally5667 The formula is: \[SA=2\pi(r ^{2}+rh)\] where as r is the radius and h as the height.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[SA = 2(3.14)(9^{2} + (9)(20)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What side?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I mean height. Diameter and height.

Just divide the diameter and then use the formula I gave. :)
