how the charging time of Capacitor changes with increase in current thru the adjacent wire ? please see the pix attached. suppose if we sweep current from 1uA to 1mA in the left loop, and measure charging time of Capacitor each time. It is evident that the charging time increases as the current increases in left loop. i am looking for simple explanation why the charging time increases

|dw:1366910626085:dw| there is a relative change in magnetic flux. this induces a negative current in the loop containing the capacitor; since the other one has a steady source, the current there cannot change.
