it's B.(-3,4)

how ,plse explain

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Let X =x+3 and Y=y-2. now we can rewrite \[X ^{2}=4\times2 \times Y\]. so we have a = 2. So the focus is (X,Y)=(0,a).Solve it and get (x,y)=(-3,4)
