In a certain triangle, the angle of the greatest measure measures 75 degrees more than the angle of the least measure. If one-third the sum of the degree measures of the smallest and the largest angles is equal to the degree measure of the remaining angle, what is the degree measure of each angle of the triangle? I don't even know how to process this. Some help please :(
[x/3 + (x + 75)/3] + x + (x + 75) = 180 Now, just solve for "x". The expression in the [ ] is the measure of the third angle. "x" is the smallest. "x + 75" is the largest. All add up to 180.
So it's gonna be 105, 45 and 30 right?
Yes, good job! And don't forget to read my message before you leave this problem! Thx!
thanks for the help ^^ and dw :)
