Are consecutive spins in the spinner experiment independent or dependent events?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

if you land on a 2, does that limit your options for the next spin?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

when one outcome effects what happens in the next outcome, then the next ourtcome "depends" on the first one. if one outcome has no bearing on the other outcome, then either one can happen on their own ..... and be independant
