i think that question has no meaning
review the problem because that question has no any meaning
that's what it says, we're learning about polar coordinates and you're supposed to be able to write them different ways. This question is asking-i think- to write the coordinate in its different forms

my internet shut down. yup, that's what I meant. 31 degrees in radian form is 31pi/180, i think. i don't know how to use the math symbols.
so to find the polar coordinates: how should i start?
