50% off of regular price of $32.00 would be 1/2 of 32 or $16 dollar reduction or $16.00 a 17% tip based on regular price of $32 equals: .17 times $32 which equals $5.44. Based on the above the meal or enchilada's would cost: $16.00 + $5.44 = $21.44
