How do you cite an article without an author? An article without an author from the August 9,2004, issue of Time. The article appears on pages 16 and 19 and is entitled "To Plains with the Boys in the Bus."

Do you mean in-text citation or citation at the end of your essay such as a bibliography? For in text you will put it as ("To Plains with the Boys in the Bus"). For the bibliography use easy bib to generate the citation, Please pick a format specified by your teacher such as MLA, APA etc.
