haha he dedicated it to Madame Camille Pleyel who was a French virtuoso pianist, publisher, and owner of Signature Pleyel pianos. He also ran a concert hall, the Salle Pleyel, where Chopin played Nocturne Op. 9 No. 2......... so your right...... lol i thought that comment of where  was finding the answer's was for me so i coped the statement were i found the answer
