Mussolini and Hitler both were fascist dictators who gave their nations a solid respect and wanted to power economically. They never believed in political ideologies. These two leaders came to power during the wars. They both believed that strong economy is an important to gain strength in a nation. Mussolini was the leader of Italy, Hitler was the leader of Germany.

For the contrast part, you can write their biography, that's what i do if i have a compare and contrast essay. GO research their lives and write what did they do for their nation's economy, what's their goals (did they succeed or failed), and their country's social conditions. It's really easy, because these two leaders have so much things alike, if i were you i would get going and read their biographies.

in compare and contrast essay, comparing is quite hard but contrasting is easier, because you write down what each leader did, of course they didn't do the same thing,everything has to be different.
