Help easy Geometry question?

OpenStudy (unicornpoopcookies):

OpenStudy (unicornpoopcookies):

I have no idea what theorem to use or how please please help me im sooo lost.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Arc length = degree of sector/360 * 2r pi.

OpenStudy (unicornpoopcookies):

What? Could you draw it out or something? :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

arc length is what your looking for here, but unless there is something else missing (radius, particularly), you can't really say what the measure of jp is. Because this could be a circle the size of the earth with 43 degrees or something the size of your eyeball.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'll draw |dw:1366950841742:dw|

OpenStudy (unicornpoopcookies):

Okay so i have 43 degrees, what do i do now?

OpenStudy (unicornpoopcookies):

86?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

43/360 * 2r pi = JK

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No. I got it wrong. I think it's the same. 43.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry. :)

OpenStudy (unicornpoopcookies):

whats is 43/360 * 2r pi = JK?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't think that formula will work. There is no given radius. I remember in class that when an angle is central, the outer arc has the same measure. But if the angle is inscribe, it is twice. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@UnicornPoopCookies

OpenStudy (unicornpoopcookies):

It was 43 but now i got another one and i really dont get this at all

OpenStudy (unicornpoopcookies):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no it is not. look at my previous posts sweets. the question is ambiguous as the radius is not given. The circle's size could vary.

OpenStudy (unicornpoopcookies):

It was 43 according to my online class.
