For a n digit number where n>6 that describes itself where each digit d in the
position x represents the number of d(x-1)'s in n. The formula for n digits in
base n+1 is the number string:
n-4 is the firt digit, then the string 21 followed by a string of n-7 0's, then
the string 1000.
So a seven digit self descriptive number is 3211000
