hmmm...I think a bunch of power signs are missing. Thats the only way these problems can make sense. So, instead of things like 5-3, what is really meant is:\[5^{-3}\]?

@joemath314159 I agree... it looks like all the problems were just copy and pasted. Maybe just post one question at a time... and post them correctly (or at least describe them) so we can interpret them.
