It depends on type of keyboard are you using!!!! i mean to say that type of layout!! There are 2 keyboard layouts : one, US Standard QWERTY keyboard second, Eastern Europe, they use a QWERTZ layout. This allows lots of two letter words to be formed, 'my' and 'by'

Yes, because a vowel is usually follow by a consonant so your hands alternate typing, it supposedly speeds you up / is less tiring on the hands
