@AravindG thank you for the link. But I am looking an explanation beyond the science.
For example few months ago scientists had declared that there is a God particle called Boson. But nobody has seen it or experienced it. All it happened is they just characterised its foot prints. Similar to space even boson had some similarity.
Can you explain something in this way

hmm....I thank you again. But I know what is Higgs Boson is all about.
To ask I a simple way my question is, as if consider an Atom there is some SPACE or free region between electron orbit and Nucleus. Do we have any explanation for this free space that is existing in between.

Why do we need explanation for that ? Free space exists because it exists ..I always relate it to the analogy of planets and space ...We have lots of free pace in the universe

I would like to add something

The space between the nucleus and the electron is not empty space, it is filled with an electron cloud.

From where the free space had come from. As people say mass has come from Big bang. Then what created this free space.
As you said above
"The space between the nucleus and the electron is not empty space, it is filled with an electron cloud" If there is no space between electrons orbit and Nucleus it makes sense that electron cloud combined with Nucleus.
But similar to planetary system there is space in between which is at unimaginable.
