I'm getting "Unhandled exception in thread started by " when I try to run ps5.py. I'm running python 2.5.4 and idle 1.2.4 which I think are the versions recommended for the course. I haven't modified "main_thread" in anyway. What should I do now?

not until you asked. it runs, and the portion of the problem set i've completed checks out. so I guess it's working? weird that I can't run PS5 and test things myself.

must be a common thing to happen - my code has a try/except around the while True loop, i must have added that ... like this http://dpaste.com/1075740/ which parts haven't you completed? - maybe make sure mainthread only uses stuff you have implemented the try/except should let it stay running - you might need to put others in other places to get more meaningful exception descriptions
