this is the same as y''' + 2y'' -3y' = 2t you must find the solution to the homogenous equation y''' + 2y'' -3y' = 0 (of course, the characteristic equation is m(m-1)(m+3)=0 ) and add the particular solution
I just figured it out Final equ. =c1e^(-3t)+c2+c3e^t-((t^2)/3))-(4t)/9)
