no way. because a trapezoid has 1 pair of non-parallel sides but parallelogram has 2 pairs of parallel sides Moreover in a trapezoid the pair of parallel sides is not equal. (The pair of non-parallel sides are equal in the case of isosceles trapezoid.) But in IIgm both pairs of IIel sides are equal.
