Do you know that 1/x^n = x^-n ?

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

@BeatriceM2012 what is the question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

10/ x^-4 @jdoe0001 |dw:1367177033303:dw|

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think @luckythebest just answered that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@luckythebest - I don't understand.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@BeatriceM2012 the concept is that - \[1\div x^-4 = x^4\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so \[10\div x^-4 = 10 . 1 \div x^-4\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[1\div x^-4 = x^4\] so the answer is 10 x^4

Thanks. @luckythebest
