Because of this, we just need to find the measure of arc NQ and we'll have the measure of NQ, since ONQ is a central angle. We also can see that R is an inscribed angle on the circle, this we know R's corresponding arc's measure is 2 times its measure. (See below pic) |dw:1367199733357:dw| And luckily, NQ is that arc. So to find NQ, which will equal angle O, we just need to multiply R's measure by 2. So what is the measure of angle Q?
