Define a function chooseLetters() to prompt the user nine times for a vowel or
consonant, by typing in ’c’ or ’v’ accordingly, and use the functions getConsonant()
and getVowel() to generate nine suitable letters. The function should return a nine letter
string containing the letters and it should also display them as they are generated:
