Well you know that when given two points you can find the slope by using\[\frac{\Delta y}{\Delta x} \rightarrow \frac{y_{2}-y_{1}}{x_{2}-x_{1}}\] You also know that the equation in slope-intercept form is \[y=mx+b\] You can find b by taking the points you are given, plug a pair into the equation, and solve for b.
