Why do you need a verification of my email? My only email blocks all outside emails except ones that are allowed by the admin. Can you please explain???? Thanks!

Because it wants to make sure you're not using a fake email or using someone else's email. It's basically to make sure you are really you if that makes sense. After a couple days, you won't be able to get back on here until you have verified your email and in this case, you won't be able to get back on at all when that happens.
