9 of the offspring will be homozygotic or heterozygotic for both dominant traits 3 of the offspring will be homozygotic or heterozygotic for 1 dominant trait 3 of the offspring will be homozygotic or heterozygotic for 1 recessive trait 1 of the offspring will be homozygotic for both recessive traits.
That ratio also means that the genes assort independently (follow mendelian genetics) meaning there is no linkage between them.
