You have total positive outcomes/ total outcomes as the formula. A club is one of four suits, so it represents 13 cards. An ace is a card type each suit has, so it represents 4 positive outcomes. Remember that the 13 clubs already includes one ace, so considering aces only adds 3 more positive outcomes. 13 + 3 = 16/52. This simplifies to 4/13
