What are the main events happen in the Noval Called Dragonwings?

I actually read this book not too long ago. This book is about a boy named moonshadow that is a tang boy that is brought over to america to work for a laundry company to earn more money for the family they have back at home. After many casualties with black dog the boy and his father are made to move out of china town and find work else where. After they move the boy and his father start to pursue his fathers dream of flying like the dragon that he was in another life. Then later in the story a earthquake happens and destroys the life they had built in the town they were residing in. After they move again they become more devoted to the cause of building a plane so that the dad windrider can fly. After they were standing on there last legs financially, they were able to built the plane. Then blackdog came back and took the rest of their money. When all hope was lost the people from the company came and helped them out. They paid their bills, brought them food, and helped them get the plane to its flying spot. While windrider was flying the plane it crashed and only minorly wounded him. After that he gave up his dream of flying to take care of his family.
