and you know that circumference of circle = 2 Pi r where 2 pi = 360, ok? hence 120 = 2 pi/ 3 ?

lol no. this is Pi radians. not Pi = 22/7. Basically i meant that if 2 pi = 360 degrees meant the whole circumference, 2pi / 3 = 120 degrees would mean the length of arc XY i.e. 1/3rd of the whole circumference. So actually XY is 1/3rd of the circumference which is 1/3 x 54 = 18 cm.
