chance of a jack is 4/52. The chance of picking a 10 after, or any other non-jack carsd is 4/51.

When we are looking at a combination of event we multiply the odds.

odds are (4/52)*(4/51)

but the book answer says 0.012...
is there any reason you would multiply it by 2 ..?

the answer is actually what the textbook says, sorry. I never actually learned that method of probabilities. uses the nCr button on calculator.
