Actually I am Not sure whether my logic is also correct or not... But as far as my answer is concerned, there would be in total 8C2 combinations for choosing 2 out of 8 balls... And one out of them would be (1,2) pair... So my answer would be 1/8C2 = 1/28 = double of ^'s answer... Point out if any flaw :-)
